Billing is based on this final number. A limited number of additions may be accepted the day of the event and the bill will be adjusted accordingly. The buffets will be available for 1½ hours. No food or beverages may be brought onto the premises except a cake or similar dessert. An 18% gratuity will be added to the total bill. A $50.00 room fee (non-refundable) will be required to
